Form submissions travel through Resend to our Gmail inbox at briopropertycare@gmail.com over an encrypted connection. Each submission then lives in our inbox along with our other email.

We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to respond to your request, provide service, keep ordinary business records, and meet legal duties. If you would like a specific message removed sooner, contact us and we will handle it.

The site is intended for adults arranging service for a home or business and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
